Haws warned that not certifying the vote by midnight would invalidate all of Mohave County's results, meaning the actions of more than 82,000 voters would not be accepted.

“All Mohave County voters who cast ballots in the last election would be disenfranchised,” Haws said.

The Democrats are not making up the laws. This is all in State Statute. It’s just we’ve never been through this before. Uncharted waters. This is all about Maricopa County. Four out of five Republican Supervisors on that Board handed over Arizona to the Democrats without even a fight. I told one of them that they are laughing at how easy it was.
