CNN on Friday connected Daylight Savings Time to sleep problems among communities of color.
The outlet claimed problems with lack of sleep and sleep disorders are more prevalent in black, Asian, Hispanic, or Latino communities, adding the “inequities” can be detrimental to a person’s health.

Here are some words.....
The inferiorists are mentally incapable of dealing with the time change. The reason for inferiority is being inferior
Time zones should have been based on N to S, not E to W divisions.
E to W is short sighted, depends on earth movement over 24 hours.
N to S looks at seasons, a long term solution. And it follows the seasonal migrating masses moving North.
Easy as cake.
Piece of pie.
This may actually be the impetus to eliminate that hated time change.
I won’t fight that one.

We should demand that they fire today’s offender.

Diet?? What? I'm expected to stop eating junk food, bread, sodas, processed food and make salads and healthy food from home? That's acting white.
Exercise?? What? I have to put down my phone and go for a walk? Go to the YMCA for free and exercise? Hook into a zillion pilates/yoga or aerobics classes on YouTube for free and work out? That's white supremacy of some kind.
Less eating and more moving is FREE OF CHARGE.
So tired of of the excuse machine.
If racism will get the government from changing the clocks then I’ll support it.
I detest that springtime loss of an hour. Takes me weeks to adjust.
Same with me.
