The people who pay close attention are extremely outnumbered by low IQ, name recognition, letter “R” seekers.
Until the “full retards” wake up, there is close to nothing we can do.
There’s a minimum age for politicians and there should be a maximum age.
There should also be term limits.
One should have to pass a background check as all military personnel with clearances must pass.
Certain investments shouldn’t be allowed while serving in government.
Once you file the proper paperwork and pay the required fee, a politician campaigning for federal office is not subject to any background/clearance review.
I think all good patriots should file campaign documentation for federal office.
I totally agree. Remember years back when term limits was the issue Reps used in an election? Once the election was over nothing changed in spite of the fact Republicans did well. Why? The excuse was that they found out that term limits were unconstitutional.
Unfortunately, those in power are never going to limit themselves....and they are the ones who have to write the laws. We can’t.
