I am surprised that this has not been posted. This could be huge.

Currently, there are two lawsuits identical to each other that the SCOTUS is reviewing.

The first One, filed by Loy Brunson is still held up in the Utah Federal Court. The second one, filed by Raland J. Brunson has made it to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), Docket #22-380, where 9 Justices in conference will vote (only 4 needed) to move to a hearing.

Both lawsuits include defendants Pres. Biden, Harris, former V.P. Pence and 385 members of congress for breaking their oath of office by voting AGAINST the proposition (that came from members of congress) to investigate the claims that there were enemies of the constitution who successfully rigged the election.

It is important for all of us to read and understand the magnitude of this.

The events of both lawsuits [from March 23, 2021 to November 23, 2022] can be seen at https://ralandbrunson.com/

There is a video that summarizes the lawsuit at the website.

Even supposing they win the lawsuit, how is the Court going to enforce the decision ?

I have no idea, but the fact that they’ve agreed to hear it, amazes me.

Only 4 judges are required to have go forward.

I am waiting to see if the Administration here takes it down from the sidebar.

I did a search but couldn’t find it. It needs to be on the sidebar. Maybe it was and was taken down.

The article gives an update, and there’s a video posted there as well.

Only 4 judges needed for it to go forward.

January 6th, IMO was set up by the deep state to thwart any discussion and inquiry about the 2020 election.

Congress, by law, is required to review emergency declarations that we are being attacked by a foreign government. They didn’t.

I know it far fetched, but the lawsuit maintains that Donald Trump should still be president.

There is no doubt that there was massive election misconduct.

Whether it was sufficient to result in candidate who actually won not getting a federal term office because such misconduct is uncertain and probably not provable.

[my ‘term’ language excludes Georgia presidential electors]

A friend alerted me to this.

It’s not a last minute thing. The brothers have been working on it for almost two years.

That’s the point. The lawsuit claims that Congress did not uphold it’s oath of office and did not investigate.

The 2022 Congress should have investigated this.

How the USSC has failed to send an admonition to many federal institutions over their Crossfire Hurricane abuse of the FISA court and for the lies and deceitful conduct before the courts is in itself a dereliction of their duty.

They could better call the game if they call the balls and strikes.

No, not the 2022, the Congress in office before January 6th, 2021.

None of these guys are lawyers, and they have lost every flakey case they’ve filed. Their “case” is “docketed” which only means it was received and logged in. It is not a determination by the court to hear it.

This is flakey Don Quixote stuff.

Seems me that this is a chance for the SCOTUS to do what is right.

Yes I'm cynical beyond reason but...I don't see the USSC getting behind this and moving it forward. It will die a slow death...or fast. But it will die.

I hope I'm wrong. But I don't theenk so.

From the website https://ralandbrunson.com/ that was in the original article:

THE RELIEF THAT LOY AND RALAND ARE SEEKING
That defendants be permanently removed from office, and not allowed to hold a public office again.
