Should be ten times that.
What about customers who refuse to shop there? Do they get fired, too?/s
Good. A rare instance where sanity prevails.
Hopefully, Kroger won’t appeal.
Only $180,000? Shameful!
Lawyers will probably get half.
ACHTUNG!!!!
You don’t even need a religious reason to refuse the rainbow. It’s a POLITICAL symbol. Forcing an employee to wear it is no different than telling people they have to vote Democrat or at least agree with their agenda.
Right, 2 years of litigation and just 90 grand each maybe 60 once the lawyers get theirs. A pittance.
It should be 10x that indeed. More of this needs to happen, its a direct violation of the 1965 Civil Rights Act and laws that followed it.
Anyone who forces faggotry on innocents should be sued into oblivion for violation of civil rights
Libtards should be taken to court for every illegal subversion of rights
I almost had to sue Kroger due to their demanding to scan Drivers License’s which could result in identity theft or worse.
They even called the cops on me when I tried to serve them
LGBT Rainbow = Gibberish
Finally some good news. The fight against globohomo continues..
Pet stores have started up with this crap because yeah, my dog really wants to fly the freak flag proudly.
The last two years have seen massive piles of “pride” stuff languishing in the clearance bins.
A lot of it is still there right now, almost 6 months later.
Used to be that they would donate stuff that never sold to shelters.
Maybe the shelters don’t want it either.
I always say the LGBT flag should be a muddy brown color. There ain't no rainbow down in the region they play in.
It should not be limited to “religious” reasons. It should be sufficient that you don’t want to be forced to display something with which you personally disagree as a condition of employment. I’d feel the same way if a store or business made me wear ANY political statement.
Imagine if they forced you to wear a BLM pin, an islamic crescent ribbon, a DNC badge, or a Christian cross! It is totally inappropriate for any business to require you to wear any of these things no matter what religion you are.
and there it is:
“BlackRock Investment Stewardship (BIS) has an established history of engagement with Kroger around corporate governance and sustainability issues that impact long-term value creation.” -Blackrock.com
Absolutely right. I just posted that in #18.
