Actually, the attempt at clampdown was present by the men on the whiye suits. There were literally hundreds and possibly thousands trying to mnage the tens of thousands of people turned out in the streets. The ubiquitous ment in the white pastic suits with the blue trim and the masks were all over everywhere.
