There is nothing so permanant as a temporary government program.

The judges in this country are the new “legislatures”. The landlords need to start a class-action suit against not only the cities but the judges that are ruling any way they want. Obama started this way of “making law” and we are the worst for it. Just because a judge rules one way doesn’t mean it is now the law.

The ruling only hurts the landlords who are the rich who vote Democrat anyways. Infighting within the party. The renters who are Democrats and still not paying rent feel they won against the system (Trump) when they won against the Democrats.

Just like the homeless situation and the safe places for using drugs in Democrat cities that create more crime and then the Democrat leaders release criminals without bail who in turn commit more crimes. Democrats hurting other Democrats. I say let them kill each other. Put up a wall around their cities and let the rats eat each other

<>I suggest a “temporary” suspension of court funding and fees.<>

I assume you mean that tongue in cheek, but Congress has every authority to do such a thing.

I’m also certain that it would be constitutional for congress to have lower court federal judges face questioning over their decisions.

Of course, neither will happen in our corrupted congress.

Constitution Article 1, section 10, impairment of contracts clause. The Constitution is a mere suggestion to these tyrants

The USSC has already proven it won’t do anything about this constitutional and moral abuse that leads landlords to ruin. Sadly Trump’s last two picks are part of the problem.
