Breitbart, once called the platform of the “alt-right” by Steve Bannon, shredded former President Donald Trump on Friday for dining with far-right white nationalist and Neo-Nazi Nick Fuentes.
News broke on Wednesday night that Trump dined with Fuentes and rapper Kanye West, both avowed anti-Semites, ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday – a dinner Trump has since both acknowledged and tried to distance himself from.
Axios’s Jonathan Swan reported that during the dinner Trump and Fuentes “fawned” over each other. Swan wrote that at one point during the conversation Trump asked Fuentes, “‘You like it better when I just speak off the cuff,’ the source said. Fuentes replied that he did, calling Trump an ‘amazing’ president when he was unrestrained. ‘There was a lot of fawning back and forth,’ the source added.”

You can find videos of Fuentes praising Mussolini and fascism in general and also making fun of the Holocaust (implying it didn’t happen). Fuentes’ followers are ignorant young men called “groypers” - they love anything white supremacist and antisemitic. I guess they are the alt.right counterpart to the ignorant young “woke” crowd.

Why do we know more about the details about this dinner than about what took place involving Jeffrey Epstein and his involvements?

Trump was great in 2016 and a fantastic POTUS. But 2020 broke him and he is not the same man. He is making the same mistakes and using the same tactics when the playing field has changed dramatically.
That is why Trump's final legacy will be a midterm disaster for an out-of-power party.

It’s a pity we have to be mindful of people like this.
According to the ADL, Nick Fuentes is an anti-Semite. What they cite falls short of any meaningful definition of anti-Semite. Mostly, he’s accused of being insufficiently sensitive to the Holocaust.
In terms of being a white supremicist, Fuentes sounds Hispanic and Kanye West, as best as I can tell, is African American. How is it that these BIPOCS are white supremicist?
I’ll answer that question, “white” isn’t a skin color, or a heritage, but the choice of being western. As in western European, American, Japanese and an increasing number of other places that have embraced western values of individual freedom, capitalism and democracy; and, underlying that, our Judeo-Christian heritage.
Something that does bother me is Fuentes questioning inter-racial marriage. Yes, there was the great dispersion of the human race, with resulting difference in skin color, language, and cultural and economic adaptations to the vastly different conditions of this planet. And, today, there is a re-combining of the human DNA through inter-racial marriage, and an emerging global community based on social and economic relations.
A part of me worries about our lose of identity, not only our own, but also of other peoples of the world. I don’t want a future where every coffer shop is a Starbuck’s, and every restaurant is a McDonald’s.
The left’s answer to the loss of identity is to trap people into “their” identity; but, that’s not the answer. The answer is some kind of mix of the two: an honoring of the past that shapes us, and of the future that we make.

You can call all the names you want, but I never denied election fraud.
Trump lost 2020 due to ballot harvesting and fraud. He did nothing different in 2022 which resulted in a humiliating loss for the GOP and a record for an out-of-power party against a POTUS with the lowest job approval rating in history and 50 year high inflation.
If Trump could not lead the party (McCarthy and McDaniel are Trump's choice as leaders) to victory under those circumstances, then he has no place being our candidate anymore.
I want the fraud to end. I want ballot harvesting to end. But that will only happen if we change strategies and start winning elections.
Trump has no clue how to do that.
Fuentes is a Neo Nazi because Ben Shapiro says he is. Don’t you know that any politician/commentator that wants accountability and transparency on all the American taxpayer $$$ sent to Israel is as well.
