One of womens' favorite sayings regarding fornication, when it's time for *any* sort of consequences, is
"It just ...happened."
This is why chaperoning of all dates before marriage was a good idea.
(Men have always pressed for sex. The sexual revolution was when someone convinced the women that giving in was a good idea. And it only went down hill from there.)
That said, I do admire her for her choice in having the child, and I appreciate the role of the pregnancy center and the Daltons for helping her. But doing what gains the admiration of man, even “doing the right thing “ is not the way to God. Believing in the sufficient and effective death of Christ for all sins is the only way.

My first date was the Prom in high school. Some volunteer parents were present at all times. My second date was the first weekend at a Presbyterian college in Kansas. The girls brother lined up his best friend and friend’s fiance (seniors) to double date with his sister and I. He was probably thinking the football player has too much testosterone.
The brother’s friend ended up seeing the sister he was guarding being rather aggressive, and me being quite restrained. I didn’t go out with her again, concluding that the girl was definitely in the ‘easy’ category.
