Too bad journalism died a while ago. This is from 2013. Rove’s standing and return on investment for campaigning is not what it used to be. Is anyone who has a good idea how much effect he has now?

I realize the trend that many want to ascribe the “Tea Party” moniker to conservatism or to MAGA but I do not. Particularly in any formal sense of affiliation with “Tea Party Patriots” or “The Tea Party” as were established a few years ago. For me, investigating the Georgia Tea Party and its co-founder Jenny Beth Martin, I learned all I need to know about grifters. My feelings are likewise for the “Club for Growth.”

I gave up being a liberal years ago, thanks to the late Rush Limbaugh and came out of the wilderness of liberalism and I vote and chastise liberals where I work at every turn and have convinced some to come over to our side. What have you been doing?

JBM’s partner showed at a Free Republic Tea Party (which was the inspiration for the Tea Party Express) and hung around. Then a couple of months later said HE organized it.
