the Colorado voting system is so corrupt they declined the recount to avoid having it revealed in all its magnanimous glory..
Now the Dems can say.. See See we told you so there is no voter fraud.. That proves it..

Need to go back a read the article again:
Colorado law requires a recount, even if Frisch concedes.
Frisch says that he knows the rules still require a recount.
So, clearly he’s not conceding to avoid a recount.
I believe this is nothing more than the Democrats telling him to be gracious and concede, hoping to use his actions as token proof that Democrats accept the results of close elections...you know, unlike a certain other Governor candidate!
The Dems are hoping to blunt the legal turmoil they are about to reap from trying to cheat Kari Lake!
