I clearly remember seeing a chart of government spending, current dollars, beginning way back in the early 1800s. It bumped along over the decades, rising very gently with blips during times of war. Then the line shot up wildly, steeply. The ascent began about two years after women were permitted to vote. The ruinous feminization of everything continues apace.
Single women raising boys is an issue, as is the treatment of boys in school.

That has to be one of the funniest statements I have ever heard from anyone. Those who “can’t make it” in basic training are going to be told to “sit it out?” Looks that way! The DI’s at Parris Island must be laughing OR screaming and tearing their hair out!
The way things are going, this may be a disguised blessing. Who would you rather have hunting you down? Trannies who don’t know their gender? Or warfighters whose hands are trained for war and their fingers for battle?
A woman army secretary? Why? When does the Wokeness end? No wonder the military is having difficulty recruiting red blooded males who have traditionally been at the tip of the military spear. May as well have a male as President of the Woman’s League of Voters.
That viewpoint is increasingly more persuasive. Of the uses the military could be put to, it is least likely that it will be put to defending the USA from an actual threat. More likely, it will be used to forcefully advance the psycho-woke agenda on recalcitrant small countries that aren’t insane yet. And there is the small (but feels like it’s increasing) chance it could be used against legacy Americans (us).

Unfortunately, I can attest to this given the aforementioned's proclivity to exhibit poor impulse control and a brand of "logic" that is orders of magnitude more ILLOGICAL than anything remotely representing cogent thought. I see this on a daily basis at the school in which I teach.

i try not to wish ill on people, but this thing qualifies...
War fighting and readiness are the last things these fools are concerned about. Changing base names, hating on white soldiers, etc are their goals for the Army and military. So glad I got my career in in the latter 20th century, I would never do it now. Retired Army Field Grade Officer.
