With nearly all votes counted, Republican incumbent Lauren Boebert led Democrat Adam Frisch by 0.16 percentage points, or 551 votes out of nearly 327,000 votes counted.
A margin that small qualifies for an automatic recount under Colorado law in a race that’s garnered national attention as Republicans try to bolster their advantage in the U.S. House after clinching a narrow majority Wednesday night.
All but one of the 27 counties in the district had reported final results by Thursday evening. Otero County plans to finalize its numbers on Friday.

Re-re-recount time!
I hope so, too.
Too close and we know what happens when it’s close! The Republican running for AZ AG is down by under 100 votes ..do you really think they will let him get beyond that! He too is cooked! Call me skeptical…it’s ok!
Thought she lost?
She will be Gregoired.
Not yet …they’re letting her twist in the wind a little longer before they stick the knife. They hates her just as much as they hate trump!

definitely hinky in Otero - Adumb Frisky, Lord of The Storage Spaces, has got almost as many votes as Cankles got in 2016.
,F a recount. Want a full audit.
no recount! come on Otero, get it above the cheat threshold.
Yeah, I think this is the part where they find a few hundred ballots under the spare tire in the trunk.
Thanks for the data on Otero County 2022. And it would be useful if there’s another county that had similar percentages in 2022, and to see what it was this time. Then maybe it could give a rough approximation of what to expect for the 2024 count on Otero.
Oops, I meant data for previous years, not 2022.
Most ballots found on Hwy 17 have been verified and will be included in election results

Recount. At which point previously undisclosed votes for the democrat will be discovered. I’ve watched this play before and know the ending.
Well, the Rossi/Gregoire election was way back in 2004, so election techniques had not advanced so far as ballots in ditches.
I realize that it’s only been nine days, so I don’t want to rush anyone./s
