Re: How do they actually enforce this?

This is actually a pretty good solution for a complex problem.

Because of two-way lawsuit risks, most retail stores have zero physical contact policies. If someone walks out the door with merchandise, no attempt at restraint.

With a trespass ban, the store can instantly call Police when the perp walks in the door. Then, a security guy follows the perp around the store, politely requesting the perp to leave immediately.

Some stores will block the door with security guards which forces the perp to push one guard out of the way, which creates a theft with assault charge, or a robbery charge, which means jail time for certain. If the perp puts the merchandise on the floor, the guards step aside and let him pass.

My wife and I went to Target this past weekend to buy some Christmas wrapping paper. We found more LGBT paper (which I find offensive for celebrating Christ’s birth), Non-binary elves and plastic Santa’s of every race. As I dodged the pudgy, oily beta-male employees, I could not get out of that store fast enough! I told my wife that I am not stepping foot in that store again.

Target lost me Desert Storm when they didn’t support our TROOPS and the troops could not wear their uniforms in the store. DONE and forgot!

My sister in Robbinsdale, Minnesota emailed me this:

$69.43 at store today for pretty much nothing. Shocking prices at CUB. Tons of “managers” walking around with walkie talkies etc. Ear buds... The theft has been astronomical for them. The price hikes are to try to “offset” losses. Even in the attached liquor store. One manager almost got fired for stopping a guy with a shopping cart full in the parking lot. Friggin crazy!!!
