Perfect timing - after the Dems bragged they had a surplus. Second time in as many days reading about billions disappearing into thin air. Another definition of crypto money? It’s gone. Is it hidden? Is this loss somehow or somewhat ties of the slight of hand huge money transfers by the 30-year old crypto meister who was transacting business with top elected officials? More palzy-walzy of Sam with top elected officials?

Third time in a few days:
1. Crypto collapse
2. Fraud during COVID
3. California deficit

About half a trillion dollars…POOF!

Bankman-Fried is a Californian. Hard to believe he wouldn’t have spread some of his shell game philanthropy in his home state and helped out Democrat causes on home turf.

California bitlicense bill vetoed by governor Gavin Newsom.

They spent one-time COVID relief money. Illinois will be going through the same thing soon, if it hasn’t already started. pritzker campaigned hard on his fiscal leadership.

“But in either case it wasn’t in the linked Breitbart story. You must have a link documenting that that is the reason for the projection. Surely you wouldn’t just make that up out of thin air?”

Nope. I got it from the BB article.
****************************************************************************

Hmmmm… I went back and read every word in the linked BB article but couldn’t find where you got information supporting your following statement (in quotes).

“They are not broke. This projection was put out to urge agencies to conserve so as to not have to dip into reserves.”

Can you tell me what verbiage in the BB article led you to that conclusion?

I feel the same way.

A few years ago, I read somewhere that someone made a prediction that America would collapse in 2024.

I thought it was absurd. “Who says things like that?” I thought.

Now, I wonder if we can make it past 2024 as a nation.

Newsom has been giving away taxpayers’ money like a drunken sailor in a whorebouse.

Looks like California lost 400,000 people the past two years. It was at 39.5 million in 2020. Now it’s at 39.1 million. Texas might beat California to 40 million.

“Gov. Gavin Newsom (D)” was “reelected...” Yeah, right. The failures in Sacramento cheat their way into office. No one would elect them.

I can tell you the roots, it was a God fearing, Bible believing and literate society. They had self control and self governance, therefore no need for oppressive massive government.

Check the offshore accounts of all our left wing, WETBACK legislators!

It’s easy as hell when you control the purse strings and get to make all the rules.
