Arizona’s Election Must Be Redone: Here Are At Least Three Provable Constitutional Violations That Render the Results Uncertifiable
Gateway Pundit ^ | November 16, 2022 | Assistant Editor

If the Republican Party of Arizona and/or the campaigns for Republican Governor, Attorney General, or Secretary of State (the Senate Candidate conceded) decide to contest the results of this mid term election, their arguments should be based solely on constitutionally sound arguments that will prove multiple violations, damages, and disenfranchisements of Maricopa County voters that were outcome determinative. Outcome determinative means that the violations were so severe that they determined the outcome of an election.

Article two, section twenty one of the Arizona Constitution states, “All elections shall be free and equal, and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.” It is a fact that over seventy voting locations in Maricopa County had issues with ballot tabulator machines not being able to read voters ballots.

In addition, there were also reports of printers having configuration issues, and even ink settings being improperly set rendering ballots unreadable. All of these issues, whether purposeful or not violate Article two, Section twenty one’s first sentence which states, “all elections shall be free and equal.” Having over seventy locations, which is roughly thirty percent of all of Maricopa Counties voting centers compromised, not working, or inoperable violates the Arizona Constitution. This election was not “fair or equal” in access to voting rights and these damages were indeed outcome determinative.

What happened on Election Day in Maricopa County was a violation of voters Equal Protection rights, their First Amendment rights, and their voting rights.

“All elections shall be free and equal, and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.”

This would also include the current AZ SOS (Hobbs) from recusing herself in any and all election activities outside of her voting.

But we all know Hobbs took a very deep seated interested in making sure got "elected."

The biggest issue is the chain of custody.

They broke the law when using a private firm (Runbeck Services), who is a known major Democrat donor, to sort the incoming mail in ballots before transferring them to the county for counting and tabulation.

It’s obvious they are part of the criminal activity, you’d have to be a dumbass not to see it.

The biggest issue is the chain of custody.

The activity of “ballot harvesting” is in and of itself a violation of the spirit of electioneering laws which are alive and well in all 50 states.

From the Runbeck website:

Runbeck is reliant as a partner not a vendor; their competence helps them identify issues before they become an issue.

Come on. Katie Hobbs herself said she ran a completely fair election and after close analysis she has declared herself the winner. Who are you going to believe Secretary of State Hobbs or Governor elect Hobbs?

If Lake was officially ahead, they would revote.
It will not happen.

What happened on Election Day in Maricopa County was a violation of voters Equal Protection rights, their First Amendment rights, and their voting rights.

Now let’s see what judge or court even looks at the evidence.

Even in the presence of clear unmistakable reasonable cause in the 2020 no one would so much as glance at the facts.

Oddly it was in the Arizona Diamondbacks victory over the New York Yankees in 2001 that a close game decided the series in which a tiny single over the heads of close defenders made the tie breaking run win the final game for Arizona.

In the final game, the Yankees led in the ninth inning before the Diamondbacks staged a comeback against closer Mariano Rivera, capped off by a walk-off, bases-loaded bloop single by Luis Gonzalez to clinch Arizona’s championship victory.

Yankee manager Joe Torre jokingly asked the TV announcers to convey a question to Arizona’s Torey Lovullo asking if he could get a Mulligan for the last play.

He was told “No do overs.”

Not a one. The Republican Elite was in on the steal as much as the Democrats. They could have announced the winner, including the vote count , should they have desired a month before the election was held. The Republicans and Democrats are in cahoots and have been foe decades. Now, they no longer try. But the sheep are still fooled.

What’s the makeup of the Arizona state Supreme Court? I can’t recall if they were involved at all in the 2020 fiasco.
