Interesting an arm of New York University would be inserting itself into what’s going on in a rural county in Nevada. Where’s their standing to sue?
It’s a Leftist front group in the same way the Communists and Democrats have always used front groups.
As Joseph McCarthy learned back in 1950, you need only look at the name to sniff them out.
Nearly any organization (with some exceptions) that has “Democracy” in the name such as “Citizens for Democracy” or “Ensuring Democracy” is almost certainly a Leftist front group.
Just like the ones that say “Citizens Voting Rights” and “Equal Votes for All”.
When you see and smell the stench of Leftism on these, you can guarantee that they are for removing democracy or corrupting the voting process.
