Which means she likely retires and the seat is vacant until CA holds a special election. That is a small win.

I smell something. The Dumbs will whine that, when you count the non-voting delegates (DC, PR and Guam), the House will actually have a count of 219 to 219 (Guam’s delegate-elect is actually R, and PR and DC presumably are Dumb), so therefore, a power-sharing arrangement is in order, especially since the delegates can vote in committee.

Just one possibility; the Dumbs never give up fighting.

Only 60% of the vote counted, so why concede. Likewise, only 95% of the vote counted in Arizona, and Lakes is trailing by less than one percent. Yet MSM has called it for Hobbs. I’m sick of tracking all this BS, and I’m still doing a better job at it than the MSM, because I can add and subtract and do percentages.

Video of her concession on Nov 13, but the race has not been called. If her concession reflects the final vote this would be 218 R and the House majority as of this post.
