Look.... this is easy, teachers do not teach anymore they are basically facilitators and anybody who has been in organizations during the quality management years knows what facilitators do. They facilitate meetings.
The “meeting” is the classroom, the subject matter is based on a curricula that is pre-printed and packaged.
Any person with a semblance of training and a bit of experience can run that classroom.
In effect they’re not teaching they’re running a classroom they’re supervising that’s all.
Put some military trainers out there and they could do a much better job with the subject matter. Simple to difficult, drill drill drill and test, drill drill drill and test.
