The Donald announces his run for the Presidency. Then he makes every sign of campaigning. Then he drops out next summer and throws his weight behind DeSantis. But in the interim, the Demonrat forces will waste their ammunition on Trump.
In all seriousness, if Trump is to win in 2024, he needs a message about how to move forward rather than re-litigating the 2020 election debacle (but still hiring a battalion of lawyers to fight fraudulent election rules). And no, nostalgia for the prosperity of the Trump Administration is not enough. Too many squishy moderates are tired of all of the noise. (Mind you, they are fools because they think that dumping Trump will calm down the Left. They will have to see the hard way.)
Trump did things that most thought were not possible.
And he did them quickly and easily.
We owe him to respect his leadership

Trump’s from NYC. That’s how they talk. Relax and enjoy his style but don’t let it otherwise mangle your judgement.
Remember this: NOTHING, repeat, NOTHING Trump did while president was harmful to the country. The other 535 inmates in the congressional cesspool, NONE of them can say the same. Every one of them, even your favorite, whoever that might be, has, at one time or another, cast a vote that hurts us, US. The impulse to get along, mediate, negotiate, horse trade, etc, has corrupted every one of them to one degree or another.
You can’t say that about Trump even tho he calls out the occasional double Xer with some rough langwidge.
And if he doesn’t win the primary’s then what...??? What if he doesn’t even get the nomination..?? I wouldn’t be so sure about how the Republican party is going to react or behave when it comes to the 2024 elections and who they finally wind up nominating.

My use of the term "re-litigating" is in rhetorical sense rather than a strictly legal sense. Remember, I said that Trump should hire a bunch of lawyers to work on voter fraud. When he was elected in 2016, I said at the time that curing voter fraud was the first pre-requisite to getting re-elected. He failed to make this a sufficient priority.
Voters are a selfish lot. And my observation from the stolen Maryland gubernatorial race in the 1990s was that voters just simply lost interest in the very credible claims of the victimized Republican.
What a waste :::: he’s bringing the Republican party down to complete failure…
The proof is in the numbers the proof is in the pudding….His Kari Lake just got her ass kicked and they could’ve gone with a better AZ candidate in the primary… 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, now 2022, (with some exceptions) to defeat after defeat after defeat. Think it’ll finally sink in?

It must be somewhat less urgent than I had expected.
I would have expected this to happen near 9AM or even earlier.
I don’t know what to think anymore but tomorrow is not a good day to announce. Wait for some positive news like we have taken the house.
