Leave it to a university to come up with childish instructions like this.I'm familiar with the active shooter training. Many sheriff's departments offer it free; people can have trainers come to their school, church of office. It's common sense stuff. Sheriffs (as a type of official) are not particularly woke.

I was a deputy before I left for Japan.. I had never heard that. The part that doesn’t look right is the ‘fight’ part.. doesn’t seem to go along well.
