if you want to talk about "Minsk", make sure you mention Russia's multiple violations of its terms

In 2015, Russia removed all troops from Ukraine except Crimea. Here's a map of Russian forces outside Ukraine in January 2022 if you don't believe me:

Crimea was not addressed in the Minsk II agreement (you, the Ukrainians, and the neocons made up that clause later). Russia regarded Crimea as sovereign territory and would not have signed the accord if they were required to remove troops from Crimea. You can read the Minsk II agreement yourself.
