You bet. Ukes have not been systematically killing and raping in the east at all. I believe you have them confused with the 'separatists', who filmed themselves shooting down a civilian airliner full of Dutch citizens and filmed themselves gleefully looting the carriage.
But I wouldn't expect any less when ones two functioning brain cells can't even manage to play 'pass the electron' on a good day.
