If you get medical advice that damages you, you have recourse if such advice is outside the standards of “Professional Care.”
It was reasonably anticipatable that quality of life would be negatively impacted by the advice and services sold. 150 Million seems about right.

The issue is that they did what she, a minor child, wanted.
She was 12. She didn't know what she wanted, only that she was unhappy.
She was a teen. She only thought she knew what she wanted at that moment. NO 13 year old should be deciding or thinking this crap.
She was only 12-years old when she was cut up, too young to really know the implications and long term results. Only six years later, at 18, has the realization really dawned on her. Both doctors and her parents are complicit in this.

As a young kid she didn’t have the knowledge to see through them. Even as adults these people confused on their gender (confused due to social media and TV) talk to their therapists and are told the only solution is surgery. It is nuts. Some therapists are out there that will talk with their patients in “nuanced” terms to help them mentally.
However, in lots of states (most now?), gender dysphoria can not be treated as a mental illness - it is against the law! Pushed of course by the therapists and doctors, but voted for by the lawmakers.
I hope they all burn in hell.
12 to 17 years 364 days, she cannot give permission. It is on the doctors to do no harm. Childrens Hospitals are making beaucoup bucks mutilating children, do they not have any culpability?

They are lied to. Their parents are lied to.
They are not told about the studies which show that between 70 and 87% of trans kids grow out of it by the end of adolescence.
They are not told about some of the horrific side effects of puberty blockers (formerly known as castration drugs for sex offenders) when they are used simply to delay puberty.
They are not told that we have very little knowledge of the effects of blocking puberty at the normal time and taking opposite-sex hormones together.
They are not told that puberty contributes a lot more to the body, such as bone, lung, and brain development than just secondary sex characteristics.
They are not told that at least most of those who do not go through puberty never develop the capacity to have sexual feelings, including orgasm.
They are not told that because of the lack of development that occurs during puberty, the sex reassignment surgeries become much more complicated because of the lack of physical development.
No, all they say is the child will commit suicide if not allowed to do this...
The evil underlying this phenomena is really hellish.
