This was great news out of NC; the Legislature compromised on congressional districts, totally overriden by the Dem majority on the NC Supreme Court. This cost Rs up to three seats in NC. They have been meddling in voter ID, budget matters and other issues that are the purview of the NC Legislature - good to see the Dems out of the majority.

Conservatism is going to resurge locally in enough places that will affect people’s daily lives, though we may never hear about it on MSM.

The other positive out of NC is that Ted Budd in the Senate is a vast improvement over Dick Burr.

Burr was a GOP embarrassment who seemed to spend the entire time in Congress insider trading.

And Burr also was “chair” of the Senate Intel Committee but he let Mark Warner run it and never breathed a word of criticism of the lie known as the Russiagate. Ted Budd will be a vast improvement.

Hell yes. Flipping those two state supreme court judges was my 2nd highest priority after getting Ted Budd into the Senate.

NC’s Democrat majority state supreme court has been absolutely insane overriding the state legislature and voters on several key issues like voter ID, the electoral map, etc. Their whole excuse has been “cuz racism”. They of course, have offered no evidence for that claim. Four years ago Democrats held a 6-1 edge on the state supreme court. Now Republicans hold a 5-2 edge. We’ve taken out two Democrats in each of the last two elections.

Almost as good....Republicans now hold supermajorities in both houses of the state legislature....meaning we can simply stuff legislation right down Democrat Governor Roy Cooper’s throat. He has blocked LOTS of crucial legislation on gun rights, election integrity, no trannies indoctrinating kids in schools, etc. No longer.

NC’s House delegation was 10-4 Republican and is now 6-7 because of the heavily biased pro Democrat electoral map imposed by the state supreme court in this election.

Count on the Republicans overturning that and putting in a Republican friendly map and with more strict election integrity laws that will be put in place, I predict the Republicans to pick up 3-4 house seats in the next election from NC alone.

We did our part. We have seen a lot of conservatives move into the state. Lots of libs in the tech sector as well. Anecdotally I have notice that people who came here from Commiefornia and Illnoise enjoy how different and basically free we are compared to places they have left. Some push back and mask everywhere and behave all woke, but quickly find themselves in the minority outside of Charlotte, Asheville and the Raleigh Durham area. We hunt, carry guns everywhere and say God Bless, thank you and please. We don't mask, don't necessarily trust any government and do not care much for woke BS.

Problem is, the smart voters abandon dumps like PA and stupid gets worse there. I mean seriously, they elect one dead man and one brain dead man. I mean how do you explain that level of statewide stupidity?

With any luck Robinson is our next Governor and we flip this state entirely red.
