The Pentagon announced another $400 million weapons package for Ukraine on Thursday as Russia ramps up attacks on critical infrastructure with winter getting closer.

The new aid includes four Avenger air defense systems, missiles for HAWK air defense systems, ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, artillery rounds, and hundreds of grenade launchers.

It comes one week after the Pentagon announced a separate $400 million package, bringing the total aid that the Biden administration has sent to Ukraine to over $19 billion.

Our southern border is wide open. Biden is worried about Ukraine.

Our southern border was wide open before Ukraine, and will be wide-open after unless and until we get a President and Congress that want to secure it.

It has absolutely nothing to do with our policy regarding Ukraine.

“Biden” isnt worried about anything. He’s a figurehead.

Your southern border is open because those controlling the administration (not Biden) want it that way.

There are several aid packages going. Some are paying for US weapons and ammo, others are paying for Eastern European weapons and ammo, including production from Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech, Slovak, etc. ammo factories.
Some is economic or civilian aid, infrastructure aid, etc.

Candace Owens was on Tucker last night and said Ukrainians are buying Swiss villas and driving Lambourghanis. She said absolutely true and it will come out. I believe this is in response to Tucker mentioning that Zelenski is demanding forever unlimited money from us. I have to wonder what FJB is getting out of this.

I saw that. At the beginning of the Invasion of Ukraine, I was on board with helping them, but this has gotten so far out of hand, it needs to be stopped ASAP. Perhaps the new Republican led House can do something about it.

This is truly Biden’s Folly. The money he’s throwing to the Ukrainians could have been used to lock up our Southern border and aggressively fight the drugs coming across.

Incompetence has a new name- BIDEN.

NATO is now at the bottom of the barrel in terms of having useful weaponry to send to Ukraine.

Here is the latest list the U.S. is sending:

$400 Million in Additional Assistance for Ukraine
Nov. 10, 2022 |
Today, the Department of Defense (DoD) announces the authorization of a Presidential Drawdown of security assistance valued at up to $400 million to meet Ukraine’s critical security and defense needs. This authorization is the Biden Administration’s twenty-fifth drawdown of equipment from DoD inventories for Ukraine since August 2021.

Capabilities in this package include:
• Missiles for HAWK air defense systems;
• Four Avenger air defense systems, and Stinger missiles;
• Additional ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);
• 21,000 155mm artillery rounds;
• 500 precision-guided 155mm artillery rounds;
• 10,000 120mm mortar rounds;
• 100 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs);
• 400 grenade launchers;
• Small arms, optics, and more than 20,000,000 rounds of small arms ammunition;
• Demolition equipment for obstacle clearing;
• Cold weather protective gear.

With Russia’s unrelenting and brutal air attacks on Ukrainian critical infrastructure, additional air defense capabilities are critical. The HAWK missiles, which will be refurbished using Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative funds, will complement Spain’s recent commitment of HAWK launchers to help Ukraine meet this threat. The Avenger short-range air defense systems will also provide Ukraine with capability to protect Ukrainian troops and critical infrastructure against Unmanned Aerial Systems and helicopters.

In total, the United States has committed more than $19.3 billion in security assistance to Ukraine since the beginning of the Biden Administration. Since 2014, the United States has committed more than $21.4 billion in security assistance to Ukraine and more than $18.6 billion since the beginning of Russia’s unprovoked and brutal invasion on February 24.

To meet Ukraine’s evolving battlefield requirements, the United States will continue to work with its Allies and partners to provide Ukraine with key capabilities.

The HAWK missiles, which will be refurbished using Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative funds, will complement Spain’s recent commitment of HAWK launchers to help Ukraine meet this threat.

_______________________

Spain is to send Ukraine two more HAWK surface-to-air missile launchers on top of the four it has already dispatched to counter the Russian invasion, the Spanish government said Thursday.

“Two extra launchers will be sent” following a request from NATO, Defence Minister Margarita Robles said.

21,000 155mm artillery rounds; (3 days worth based on current 6,000 rounds fired per day by Ukraine.)

100 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs); (basically armored trucks to replace tanks, armored personnel carriers, etc.)

That’s $19 Billion to help protect Ukraine’s borders.

How much to protect America’s borders?

America’s aid for Kiev is a “money-laundering operation”

Fox News: Zelensky is America’s ‘welfare queen’

US conservative commentator Candace Owens said on a TV show that America’s aid for Kiev is a “money-laundering operation”

Appearing on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight, Owens argued that it was “suspicious” that immediately after the US pulled its troops from Afghanistan on August 31, 2021, the Biden administration announced it was joining an effort to “help Ukraine join NATO.”

“We left one money-laundering operation, in which we gave 50 billion dollars of American payers’ hard-earned money, and we jumped right into the next one,” she claimed.
Owens went on to describe Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky as a “Welfare queen” – a pejorative term used in the US to refer to a woman who claims excessive welfare payments through fraud.

Owens insisted her allegations are “100% factual,” claiming that the Swiss property in question had previously been owned by a “bunch of Russian officials,” who have since vacated it. She went on to predict that Washington is likely to shrug off the claims as a “conspiracy [theory],” but they will eventually be “proven right.”

She noted that there is currently a lack of transparency, and called on Republicans to introduce measures that would help track “every single one of these dollars,” should they secure a majority in both Houses of the US Congress.
