I suspect Trump was behind longtime supporter Lou Barletta in that race, but he wouldn’t endorse him because Barletta wasn’t polling well enough to give any indication that he’d win.

Trump basically stayed neutral in the primary for gov.

He was quietly backing Corman at first...

Trump encourages Jake Corman to remain in the governor’s race – and so he is

Trump was perfectly willing to throw Mastriano under the bus despite all that Doug had done for him with the November 2020 Gettysburg hearing and his attempts at auditing Pennsylvania's 2020 election (before Corman sacked him and fired his staff).

And even after endorsing Doug, Trump never gave him one penny for his campaign. not a single financial contribution. Doug had to rely mostly on small contributions on his Doug4Gov webpage.

Trump owns every bit of this disaster.
