We worked really hard to get to a far-away polling place to vote in person, but came back tired and disappointed! Lord have Mercy!!!!

Last night, I heard lots of Michiganers voted before listening to Festerman debate. Anyone else hear that?
Very disturbing considering his predecessor, Lisa McClain, won in 2020 with 66.3% of the votes........
However, that was no small feat considering Marlinga had the name recognition from being in Macomb County politics for the past 40 years.

Michigan is controlled by huge dem population in Wayne and Detroit areas. The rest of state is mostly Republican. Sad.
Yes it was, Lisa McClain was moved to the 9th district leaving the 10th district open for election. Like I said, Marlinga was a very formidable opponent with 40 years of name recognition.
Considering he conceded so fast by losing only by only .3 %, I don't think he really cared if he won or not and was merely a Democrat fill in for the position.
