Leon County is a very very Blue county. The Democrats are acknowledging that Corey Simon,a black Republican is going to win State Senate Seat 3. They haven’t gone for Republicans since the late 90’s.

This is the turnout of REGISTERED VOTERS.
Still adds up to 156%, unless the stats are % of voters registered as R/D/I, but that is not clear, and we would need to know the baseline numbers

I think you’re reading that wrong. 64% of registered Republicans turned out to vote. 54% of registered Democraps turned out to vote, etc.
Voted in Seminole County, 2 hours in, I was the 66th vote.
