A while back there were strategic fires in various Russian locations. I attributed them to Ukranian black ops trained by Mossad or someone.
Anyway, fires are a cheap and effective way to attack Mother Russia as she sleeps. Of course there is never a claim for success, just burned up stuff in the very heart of Russia
