New York Gov. Kathy Hochul brushed off rising crime and claimed challenger Lee Zeldin was “hyperventilating” over the key issue Monday — just hours after two subway riders were stabbed, including a good Samaritan who intervened when he saw a woman getting harassed.
During a campaign stop on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Hochul tried to downplay Zeldin’s criticism of her and former President Bill Clinton for “laughing and joking about subway crimes” at an event Saturday.
“I say: check the source,” Hochul told reporters outside the West 72nd Street subway station at Verdi Square.

I’d say electing Hochul will be Heaven’s punishment to New York.
As the Apostle Paul said :

I was hoping she should experiment and start jogging at 10:00 at night without her security guards and see what it feels like to be afraid.
I don’t know her background, but just in general, lieutenant governors tend to not be too well known. She may not have been well known statewide when she was elected Lt. Gov.
So this may really be her first statewide election, in which she is well known, and has a record of her own to run on.
Hochul is really a sick and demented person.
The left states that inflation, high gas prices, empty shelves and crime is all a figment of you imagination-—However, my wallet and body believe otherwise.
Inflation is transitory. That means it identifies as a good economy.
