Please don’t forget Hartford.
I said most crooked. Hartford is crime ridden, and the two parties there were Democrats and Socialists, but I find the New Haven area to be generally more crooked, where as Hartford steals its money out in the open.

Hartford Mayor Bronin got his democrat cronies in the state legislature to slip a $450 million state taxpayer funded pay off of the city’s debt. Completely illegal under legislative rules.
