Google, Meta poach hundreds of Twitter employees put off by Elon Musk

Greg Larkin and Elizabeth Gafford of Punks & Pinstripes analyzed LinkedIn accounts to see which employees have decamped from Twitter and where they end up, according to Insider. The data showed that 30% of the workers who left Twitter in the last three months have been hired by Google or Meta. Dozens of others have joined blue-chip tech companies such as Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snap.

the few that had some actual skills and saw the handwriting on the wall had enough sense to get out while the getting was good ... thus, those who remained to the bitter and got laid off then were the total losers who’ll probably be lucky to get a job at Starbux ...
