TRUMP: PENNSYLVANIA SUPREME COURT’S UNDATED BALLOT RULING SHOULD INVALIDATE 2020 ELECTION

President Donald J. Trump weighed in on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s ruling that mail-in ballots with missing or incorrect dates cannot be counted on Election Day, holding that the decision should have invalidated the 2020 election results.

“They stated that the things that took place with the ballots in 2020 were not allowed … but they refused to rule against invalidating the election,” Trump noted at a Thursday rally in Sioux City, Iowa.

“In other words, I was right,” he continued. “And the court admitted that, but they say it only matters for future elections.”

The 45th president further noted that he had been leading in the state’s election results up until the counting abruptly stopped on election night and that the number of votes that would have been affected by the decision was “far more than needed to win.”

Adding that this was a “very unfair thing,” Trump added: “I’ve been treated so unfairly, what the hell difference does it make at this point? No, you’re favorite president … excuse me to all those young people, but your favorite president got screwed.”

Nonetheless, he encouraged voters to get out and vote on Nov. 8, stressing, “Tuesday, you have to crush the communists and go out to the ballot box.”

Back then, some of them weren’t. After the ‘new party’ took over in the early 90s, that rapidly changed.

Ten thousand per cent correct.

They changed election law. Only the state legislatures can do that. The executive branch of that state also was culpable. That was the cause and that established criminal intent.

And yellow belly John Roberts would take the case. Which is in effect reason to impeach John Roberts.

In an honest world, that is what would have happened. Instead, Roberts decided that there is no longer reason for equal protection among the states. He defied the US Constitution.

Yes, you have a court ruling an election was UNLAWFUL, without using those words.

File a quo warranto to remove office holders seated as a result of an UNLAWFUL election to toss their butts, already.

What do you have to lose? You’ve run enough $$$ thru the legal system, without effect, so far.

There is no Ex Post Facto in election laws. That controlling authority is vested to each states Sec. of State to role play firewall to election shenanigan’s.

Too bad a deeply moral, life or death, Sec. of State (almost High Jedi council mind) doesn’t exist.

It’s baffling to me that people continue to yell about 2020. Stop looking backwards. And Oz is probably going to lose this race, and it will be 100% Trump’s fault. I wonder how this loss will be spun on this site.

That would be Josh Shapiro. Do NOT elect him Governor of Pennsylvania!

So how many of the votes in question were for Democrats and how many were for Republicans?
