That sounds so much better than “bag man”.actually, his professorship was part of the bag man scam. China actually donated scads of money to the U of Penn "Center for Democracy" of some similarly named slush fund - which then laundered the money and paid it to Biden to be fake professor.

He touts his time at Penn State, but should have been sent to the State Pen. :)Cute; but the university in question is the University of Pennsylvania (founded in 1749 by Ben Franklin) located farthest southeast in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania—not Pennsylvania State University (founded 1855), 200 miles to the west out in the dead center of Pennsylvania.
