The best solution is to simply eliminate all benefits for being in the USA illegally and to make it easier for legitimate applications to get expedited processing.
The IRS is losing over $1000 per week on the failure of the Biden administration to process my wife’s application. I have earned 6 figures most of my career, my wife has a PhD, but the possibility to earn wages in the USA is not there right now for over 6 months that have passed since I submitted her application with the fees.
It is an invasion which is supported by every democrat voter.
