Had a CSM whose only job seemed to be hanging out at the mess hall harassing troops in Iraq tell me I couldn't wear fleece as an outer garment.

2 Star we were detailed to wrote my crew and I an approval to wear memo telling the CSM to piss off.

Never forget the day I put it in his hand. He read it and stormed off. Don't recall ever seeing him at the mess hall again.

My First Seargent was a good Top. made sure the Battalion had all the supplies in the field. Easy to talk to if we needed something.
