It probably should be told in a different fashion. This coal-pit had been there for several decades, and the wind-generators were placed at the outer-edge of the pit because it was ‘safe’ (allowable by local officials), when paperwork was first done.
No one says the age of the wind-generators...but generally, there’s only a 30-year life span allowed. So they would have come down...one way or another.
There are going to be a lot of upset enviroweenies this winter..... the ones not freezing to death, anyway.
Coal is reality. Wind is frivolity. My mother’s side came from coal country, outside of Pittsburgh. Germany must go back to coal now. Throw a few Putin bribed greenies in the hopper too/
How many US taxpayer dollars built and maintained that wind farm?
the eu countries will be begging for russia’s cheap gas in 3 months.
“How dare you!”
Windmills return 5 units of energy for every unit input - if you have sufficient wind.
Coal returns 35 units of energy for every unit input regardless of the wind.
A realization has seeped in that virtue-signaling is a lousy home heating source.
Coming back to the Real World ? LOL
