Right... and in the first police statement about this, the District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said (at 3:55 mark immediately after the Police Chief’s statement) that she “… commended the SF Police Dept for immediate response to this home and for swiftly making sure that Mr. Pelosi was ok….”

Given that it seems that this was a plastic hammer (https://lovehamma.com/product-category/hamma/) and Pelosi likely just got hit once with it, it would seem safe to say that Pelosi essentially has no injuries.
