Does this statement not seem to indicate that that Pelosi just has a minor flesh wound? Hmmm.... if so, this was not a heavy duty house framers type of hammer....

Given that it seems that this was a plastic hammer (https://lovehamma.com/product-category/hamma/) and Pelosi likely just got hit once with it, it would seem safe to say that Pelosi essentially has no injuries.
