Group can monitor Arizona ballot drop boxes, US judge rules

PHOENIX (AP) — A federal judge Friday refused to bar a group from monitoring outdoor ballot boxes in Arizona’s largest county where watchers have shown up armed and in ballistic vests, saying to do so could violate the monitors' constitutional rights.

U.S. District Court Judge Michael Liburdi said the case remained open and that the Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans could try again to make its argument against a group calling itself Clean Elections USA. A second plantiff, Voto Latino, was removed from the case.

Liburdi concluded that “while this case certainly presents serious questions, the Court cannot craft an injunction without violating the First Amendment.” The judge is a Trump appointee and a member of the Federalist Society, a conservative legal organization.

Local and federal law enforcement have been alarmed by reports of people, including some who were masked and armed, watching 24-hour ballot boxes in Maricopa County — Arizona’s most populous county — and rural Yavapai County as midterm elections near. Some voters have complained alleging voter intimidation after people watching the boxes took photos and videos, and followed voters.

Arizona law states electioneers and monitors must remain 75-foot (23-meter) from a voting location.

Just like the Dems want us to believe it takes days to count votes, when 50-60 years ago everyone knew who won before Midnight PST That night.

Yes, it's funny how much faster we counted votes back in those days.

If we had the old-style voting booth that tabulated votes mechanically, just think how efficient and fair our elections would be today.

It was filmed in Atlanta and where did that get us? I say, go back to the good old days of the noisy machine and curtain. Screw all this early voting and make election day a holiday. All votes cast and counted on that day (with very few exceptions).

Maggots who use the banana ballot “drop boxes” are hiding something. For some reason, they don’t want to be seen submitting multiple banana ballots to the banana republic tallymen.

“Forgive me but I never understood the romance and mystery of ballot drop boxes.”

We can forgive you if you’ve been in a coma for two years and aren’t up to speed on election fraud.

Here’s what happened: Democrats used drop boxes to steal an election. In many states the mere existence of drop boxes was illegal. Where boxes were legal, paid RAT mules dumped stacks of ballots at one time when law says only the voter himself or a family member can do that.

“Some voters have complained alleging voter intimidation after people watching the boxes took photos and videos, and followed voters.” Were you doing anything illegal? In not, why do you feel intimidated?

There’s no evidence for the notion that a network of Democrat-associated ballot “mules” has conspired to collect and deliver ballots to drop boxes, either in the 2020 presidential vote or in the upcoming midterm elections.

What the movie proves is that the ballot boxes were stuffed. It makes a good case for who stuffed them but the main point is that they were illegally stuffed. Watching the movie makes it obvious to me that they were.

Vote in person. Vote on a paper ballot.

It’s been found out the democrats have already sent out 250.000 ballots with unverified signatures who know how many are out that wasn’t found out about.

No problem. It's my fault for not making myself more clear. I did see 2,000 Mules, I think it made a valuable exposure of election fraud. I don't know what COVID provisions were made in every state and county with regard to voting. If a physical polling place was still available somewhere (maybe a little more scattered than in the previous election) I don't know why the voting public was so frightened and so deeply persuaded that the risk of physical contact however brief and remote just wasn't worth it and they had to use the remote ballot box option and not drop it off at the physical polling location. I suppose I was wrong and an excess of people were cowed into using the ballot drop boxes when they really didn't have to.
