The rear window/door with the broken glass is interesting. All the broken glass is on the ground outside on the patio. That means the window was broken from the inside not by someone outside of the house.

The mullion is broken to the outside but , in theory, that could happen if you were pulling at it with a hammer or something to try to open up an entry point. But the hole isnt big enough for the dude to crawl through
