Nancy Pelosi's husband Paul Pelosi 'violently assaulted' in San Francisco home, spokesperson says

The husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Paul, has been "violently assaulted" with a hammer this morning in a San Francisco home invasion, leaving him with blunt force injuries, the congresswoman’s spokesperson and reports say.

"Early this morning, an assailant broke into the Pelosi residence in San Francisco and violently assaulted Mr. Pelosi," spokesperson Drew Hammill said. "The assailant is in custody and the motivation for the attack is under investigation." Hammill added, "Mr. Pelosi was taken to the hospital, where he is receiving excellent medical care and is expected to make a full recovery."

The spokesperson also said, "The Speaker and her family are grateful to the first responders and medical professionals involved, and request privacy at this time."

When the corrupt FBI doesn't 'leak' to the Washington Post it means the truth could hurt democrats and that a good 'cover story' hasn't been found. It took weeks to find out Paul Pelosi was involved in a serious drunk driving accident ...that was his fault and that there were injuries.

If that had been a Republican the whole story would have been leaked (with extra 'mistakes' that hurt Republicans more) within hours. Same with this story. If Newt had been found in his underwear with a man in his underwear - in his home ... the story would be questioned by the press.
