Its not just uniforms. The US, NATO and Ukaine all have a good idea of what Russia has, what she can replace and how. Russia is not replacing weapons at the rate she is losing them.

Ukraine can repair her electrical grid to some degree if not 100%. Russia is not replacing stocks of cruise missiles due to lack of foreign parts. The T-62s are coming out of storage. They are not going to get fire control systems for the same reason.

Ukraine can win by Russia militarily and economically burning out.
