Back to the topic of the thread... if Kadyrov is talking about taking over Ukraine, it means he's already figured out its not going to happen. He's puffing himself up while damning with faint praise the Russian Army's performance. The Wagner group, by building its defense line, is trying to show its worth while criticizing the Russian army on Telegram.

If both Kadyrov and Wagner get out of line, they will be told to cool off. Putin is not going to let his allies and private army challenge his decisions or authority.
