What does "being a member of NATO" mean? They laughed at Trump with regard defense spending, cheered Biden's inauguration, and Trudeau's Canada today is really NO ally of any substance. Turns out NATO and its expansion has been ongoing, as it operates it sometimes attacks under the cover of peace-keeping and such.
