If a bomb goes off at a major logistics hub (say a tactical nuke destroying a key rail station or bridge) I’ll be inclined to blame the Russians. If it goes off somewhere where there is somehow minimal or no real damage (including from radiation), no matter what the excuses/explanation offered I’ll be much more inclined to blame the deep state.

Lira is a Putin-bot who has been spewing such bad nonsense that the Ukrainian intelligence services released him after his arrest because they correctly judged that he causes more harm to the Russians talking than harm to Ukraine.
Here's a example of how fake he is. The only "evidence" Ukraine security detained him is himself. When Kiwi Farms (was / is / will be) online they have a long running thread on Lira. There is more evidence that he faked his arrest to edit his Wikipedia page than he was actually arrested.
