Do Connecticut next. Why should I, as a law abiding citizen, have to spend hundreds of dollars and wait months to be ALLOWED my Constitutional rights?
An old friend of mine was surprised that there is no legal process to buy any kind of firearm or even ammunition in CT without some sort of permit.
I worked in CT in firearm sales for a large National chain. Two NY state troopers, in uniform, tried to buy some shotgun shells and I had to turn them down. I elevated the question to store management and, without CT permits (not carry permits but CT issues an ammunition permit) even NY State troopers couldn’t buy ammunition in CT.
The state is insane.
