With the requirements stated in Bruen, it is hard to see how the Maryland license scheme can be considered constitutional.

Yeah, but if California is any indication Maryland is gonna appeal, obfuscate and delay as long as possible. Dems don’t care if they’re acting in bad faith. Deny the 2nd amendment as long as possible by any means.

Do Connecticut next. Why should I, as a law abiding citizen, have to spend hundreds of dollars and wait months to be ALLOWED my Constitutional rights?
