The creep that murdered the two nurses in the Dallas hospital the other day had a very lengthy criminal record and was out on parole with an ankle monitor attached. Something like that should NEVER happen. Those poor nurses in the maternity ward! This nation needs to get tough on criminals, they’re being coddled while they terrorize us.
